Sometimes I have to pinch myself that being a wedding photographer is actually my job. Feels like it’s way too much fun to be an actual job! This is one of those weddings where everyone went out of their way to make me feel like I was part of the family. I know I’m always pointing this out but for me weddings are all about families and their amazing relationships. I am beyond grateful for all these people who allow me into their inner circles. Caroline and Conor’s families were the most down to earth people, as are the couple themselves. It’s so so lovely to see a couple at such ease with eachother.

They got married on January 6th in Clonabreany House . It was a freeeeeeeeeeeeeeezing cold day but it didn’t make the slightest bit of difference. It was also Caroline’s birthday – I guess there’s no chance of Conor ever forgetting this date each year!

Conor and Caroline braved the cold to meet just outside the farmhouse, where Caroline was getting ready with her bridesmaids, for a first look. Look at that dress!!! I mean, it’s beyond beautiful, especially on Caroline. I love first looks as the couple get to share this private moment and then they’re both are so relaxed for the rest of the day. After a first look the ceremony is always such a chilled out affair.

Once the ceremony was over we headed for a party in Clonabreany House – one of my favourite venues. We did a quick walk around the grounds of Clonabreany and got photos in that dreamy warm winter sunlight. Caroline changed into a different top, that was just as stylish as the previous top she had worn all day, and then they danced the night away. Once the dancing ended, Caroline had the most beautiful Bella Freud sweater for drinks in the Sibin bar.  This girl thought of everything!

Such a special day – I adore Conor and Caroline, their families and friends. Such a lovely day to photograph. Check out all the photos below. XX
